Here is where the Crystals are kept and stored with amazing security. Also where most of the Elders choose to live. Tower High. Were all the Tower Elites go for many reasons. Located in the center of all Manhattan, were most of the socialites live. The top of the tower is where the Crystals are located. Of course no one knows.
Charlotte resides here. Along with her minions...I mean workers XD
